After we learn more about the two of you and your day, we will be able to assist you in selecting from one of our pre-curated collections, or build a bespoke option if that’s a better fit.

To secure your booking with Everyday Films, we will ask for a completed contract and a 50% non-refundable initial payment. This ensures full commitment and exclusivity for you on your selected date(s).

We love to hear from you through the planning process! Sharing your vision, plans, and stories helps us have a great idea of who the two of you are and the story we will be telling. Whether it’s through social media, email, or calls, we’re here for you through the planning process! We will have questionnaires for you to complete prior to the celebration so we have all of the details, personal preferences, and the information we need to complete our pre-production.

On your wedding day we capture what matters most, the real moments that happen naturally. Our films focus on the true connections between you, your family, and friends, keeping genuine emotion over posed perfection. We also highlight the setting, light, and style so the look and feel of your day are remembered to the smallest detail.

This is where all the preparation pays off. We revisit every moment of your day to shape the most meaningful story from what we captured. Your collection gets the time and care it deserves, from story structure and pacing to mood, soundtrack, sound design, mixing, and colour grading. All polished with attention to detail and a touch of joyful creativity. We edit all our collections in the order they are filmed.
If you selected our cinematic content creation collection, we will back up your footage right away and deliver all raw clips from your day within 24-48 hours of the wedding. If you added reels to your collection, these will be edited and delivered within 1 week of your celebration!

Every wedding and elopement collection receives a dedicated online gallery where you can view, share, and download your digital files.
Because our content collections are composed primarily of unedited footage, each couple will receive a download link granting access to their complete set of digital files.
